Sweet and Spicy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade or apricot jam
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 7 drops Tabasco sauce
- Small pinch of crushed red pepper

Combine all ingredients at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Taste after that time and add more Tabasco if you wish. Start with four drops, and then add more depending on how hot you want it.
