My recipe is very much the same except in place of the pineapple juice, I use 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple and juice from the can. (About 5 oz.) sometimes I'll also add 4 tablespoons of shredded carrot and about 4 tablespoons of finely chopped bell pepper. It's great over rice and any kind of meat. It's awesome!
