I am so happy to find this Copycat IHOP Pumpkin Pancakes recipe. Every year I look forward to the time when IHOP has these on their menu. Now, thanks to this wonderful recipe, I don't have to wait, or limit myself to what time of year I can have them. The recipe is easy, straightforward, and well written, so you really can't go wrong.
