Longhorn Steakhouse Mashed Potatoes

"I'm not sure how they do it, but Longhorn Steakhouse makes the BEST mashed potatoes - and this recipe is my best attempt at a copycat version of them. They are smooth and creamy - yet have delightful chunks throughout it. They are full of butter and garlic, and honestly, when we have these, it's about the only thing I want to eat. Make in the Instant Pot or on your stove top - they turn out great either way!"
