WÜSTHOF Urban Farmer Chef's Knife

The WÜSTHOF Urban Farmer Chef's Knife is made with the same quality and care as all WÜSTHOF knives. The high-carbon steel blade is extremely sharp and effective. The beechwood handle is gorgeous and adds a sophisticated element to the tool.

I like the addition of a rubber bolster to this knife. Instead of your finger rubbing up against steel, it hits a soft, rubber guard. This combined with the smooth, curved handle, makes it a comfortable knife to use day in and day out.
