Dexas Watermelon Slicer

Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits, but preparing it can be a pain. This Dexas Melon Slicer simplifies cutting the large and delicious melon. An 11" blade is complemented by a soft-grip handle. It comes complete with a safety sheath for protecting your hands and the blade.



Melon is delicious and good for you, but a more difficult fruit to cut due to its large size. Even small watermelons are pretty big so you need a long blade to match the melon. Trying to use a regular chef's knife is incredibly frustrating. This 11" blade can take on gigantic and little melons. 



I like that this knife includes a sheath for holding the blade. It is the type of knife you will want to store in a drawer, and the sheath makes that safe. It also keeps the blade from dulling.
