Ingredients
- 20 ounce flank steak
- 1 ounce red bell pepper
- 1 ounce green bell pepper
- 1 ounce yellow bell pepper
- 2 ounce onions
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 Lime
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom (seasoning)
Instructions

Slice the steak into 1/2 inch strips.

Combine all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.

Marinate the sliced steak with seasoning for 5 minutes.

Add oil in a heated skillet.

Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic.

Add thinly sliced bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes.

Turn the gas to high heat.

Add the marinated steak slices and soy sauce.

Sauté for 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add fresh lime juice.

Remove and transfer to a bowl.
