Vegan Homemade Chocolate Protein Bars
"Vegan, no bake and delicious protein bars that make the perfect post work out snack! First, soak your dates in some hot water so they soften up and they are easy to blend. Set aside. While they are soaking, grind your oats and sunflower seeds to a fine flour. Add the rest of the dry ingredients to your oats and sunflower seeds. About 5-10 minutes lates, your dates will be ready and you can blend them together with the coconut oil. Add this to your dry mixture. You will also need to add some of the water you soaked your dates in. Mix well. The mixture should be sticky but not too wet or too dry. Grease your baking pan with some coconut oil and spread the mixture evenly. For the yummy glaze, mix your coconut oil, cacao powder, and sweetener of choice. Spread this over your bars and put them in the fridge for a couple of hours. After that cut them into squares"
