Creme Brulee & Vegan Chocolate
"Creme brulee is a creamy, pudding-like custard with a brittle top of melted sugar that cracks when you gently tap it with a spoon. A palate pleaser to end a great savory meal. Rich yet delicate version of a classic crème brulee. This vegan creme brulee is a fun version you can make at home. This recipe uses ingredients that are vegan-friendly and ingredients that you likely have around already. This brulee recipe has the flavor of white chocolate and is definitely worth a try."
NotesCoconut milk can be substituted for soy milk or almond milk. Crushed almonds are also a good addition to this dish. You can also roast the cashews to enhance the nutty flavor.
