Ingredients
- 50 gram White Chocolate
- 50 gram Cream Cheese
- 20 gram Chocolate for coating
- 15 gram Walnuts
- Equally divide into 8 portions and place seperately on parchment/baking paper.
- Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and smooth out each to make balls.
- Place in fridge while you prepare the chocolate for coating.
- Melt chocolate.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on a clean baking paper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Add chocolate stripes to decorate.
- Serve chilled.

In a bowl put the cream cheese and whisk to smooth.
