Three Bean Frito Chip Salad

Looking for a super easy, no-fail appetizer? You've found it! For a copycat recipe with Mexican flair, you can't go wrong with Three Bean Frito Chip Salad. Onions and tomatoes join the three bean combo of black, pinto and kidney beans. Once you let these amazing flavors marinate together, throw in some Fritos for crunch and top with Catalina dressing. This not only makes a great party appetizer, but would be excellent served alongside your favorite Mexican dinners like tacos or fajitas.
